Privacy
This page explains what personal data the Nugara website collects, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Who handles the data
The data controller is Nugara — Simone Locarni, Viden Spassov, Francesco V. Parsi. For anything concerning your data, write to nugaratrio@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
If you write to us through the contact form
We collect your name, email address, your organisation if you give one, and the message you write. We use them only to reply and to arrange a possible concert — what the law calls steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use them to send you advertising.
We keep these messages as long as they are needed to handle your request and whatever follows from it.
If you subscribe to the newsletter
We collect your email address. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box and then confirming the link you receive by email: without that second step you are not added to any list.
We write to tell you about upcoming concerts and new releases. We keep your address for as long as you stay subscribed: every email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and from that moment we stop writing. You can also just ask us by email.
Who else sees this data
We do not sell or pass on your data. To run the site we rely on a few providers, which process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, delivers its pages and receives the contact form.
- Brevo — runs the newsletter and sends both its emails and the messages you send us through the form. The data stays within the European Union.
Cookies: there are none
This site uses no cookies, has no analytics and does not follow you around the web. There is no banner to accept because there is nothing to accept.
One exception worth stating: in the video section the preview images come from YouTube's servers. To show them your browser contacts Google, which at that moment sees your IP address. This happens for those images only; videos play only if you click them.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its use, to object to the processing, or to receive a copy of it. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was lawfully done before.
Write to nugaratrio@gmail.com. If you believe we are getting it wrong, you may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
